Most SEO courses teach a generic checklist. Then leave your team to translate it to your stack. We teach SEO inside your own systems.
A LASEO SEO training is built for the company that already has marketing and engineering in-house and wants the team to run organic without a permanent retainer. We design the curriculum after a pre-training audit of your team's current knowledge, then run a 2-3 day workshop where every exercise uses your real GSC property, your real GA4, your real CMS. By the end your team has shipped at least one real fix to production. The take-home toolkit is the difference between remembering 20% of a course and operating SEO confidently three months later.

Five phases from scoping call to thirty-day follow-up
Every training engagement runs through the same five phases. Scoping is week one, curriculum design is week two, the workshop is week three, then thirty days of follow-up. Total elapsed time is about eight weeks.
- 01
Pre-training audit and knowledge baseline (week 1)
We run a short technical audit on your site using Screaming Frog and the GSC URL Inspector, then send each attendee a 20-minute knowledge assessment. The audit shows us which examples from your own pages to use during the workshop. The assessment tells us which topics to compress for advanced attendees and which to slow down on for beginners.
- 02
Custom curriculum design (week 2)
We rebuild the slide deck around your stack and your commercial priorities. A Shopify Plus team gets a section on collection.liquid and metafields. A Next.js team gets a section on app router metadata and ISR. We share the draft curriculum 48 hours before the workshop for your team lead to review and request specific deep-dives.
- 03
2-3 day workshop, in-person or virtual (week 3)
Day one is foundations: how search works, GSC and GA4 navigation, keyword research in Ahrefs or SEMrush sandbox accounts we set up for the team. Day two is execution: technical SEO, content briefs, schema markup with the Schema.org Validator, Lighthouse CI integration. Optional day three is advanced: link building, AEO and AI Overviews, international setups.
- 04
Hands-on exercises in your real systems (during workshop)
Every theory section is followed by an exercise on your own pages. Run a query in your GSC for a losing keyword cluster. Build a content brief for a real gap. Validate schema markup on a live PDP. Open a Git PR for a canonical fix. By the end of the workshop the team has shipped at least one real change to production with the trainer in the room.
- 05
30-day follow-up via private Slack channel (week 4-8)
After the workshop we keep a private Slack channel open with the attendees for 30 days. Questions get answered same-day by the senior trainer. We also run a 60-minute office hours call at day 14 and day 28 to debug whatever the team has been working on. At day 30 we close the channel and the team is fully self-sufficient.

An SEO coursein your own tools, not a Udemy player.
We do not run open-enrolment SEO bootcamps. Every workshop is private, scoped to one company, and built around the team that shows up. Senior LASEO consultants lead every session, the same people who run our consulting engagements. Your marketers learn keyword strategy in your real search console. Your engineers learn schema and Core Web Vitals on your real templates. Two to three days, then thirty days of follow-up while the work compounds.
What in-house SEO training actually means
SEO training, explained without the bootcamp pitch
Hiring a private SEO training engagement is closer to hiring a senior consultant for a sprint than it is to enrolling in a course. You are paying for senior teaching time, custom curriculum, exercises tied to your real data, and a follow-up period long enough for the learning to land. Generic courses cost less per seat and teach less per seat, which is fine for individuals but rarely the right fit for a team that owns organic.
Private workshop vs open-enrolment course
A private SEO workshop is built for one team and uses their data. An open-enrolment course is built for fifty strangers and uses generic examples. Pricing reflects the difference: a private workshop is per-engagement, a course is per-seat. For a team larger than three people the math usually favours the private workshop.
Senior trainer vs certified instructor
Certified instructors have passed a vendor curriculum and can deliver it. Senior trainers have run SEO on enterprise client accounts for years and bring that scar tissue into the room. When your engineer asks about hreflang in a JavaScript-rendered routing layer the senior trainer answers from real production experience, not a slide.
Theoretical training vs hands-on training
Most SEO training stays in slides. Our format is roughly 40% slides and 60% exercises on the team's own systems. The shipped change at the end of the workshop matters more than the slide count. A team that has run one real keyword cluster analysis in their own GSC learns more than a team that has watched five examples from someone else's site.
One-off training vs training plus follow-up
A training event ends when the day ends. A training engagement with follow-up ends when the team has shipped two or three real changes after the workshop with a senior reviewing the work. The follow-up is where most of the actual learning consolidates, which is why our 30-day Slack channel is part of the price, not an upsell.
Generic curriculum vs custom curriculum
Generic SEO curriculum covers the standard chapters: keyword research, on-page, technical, links, measurement. Custom curriculum keeps the chapters and rebuilds every example in your stack. Same principles, your vocabulary. The difference shows up three months after the workshop in whether the team is still applying the techniques or has quietly drifted back to old habits.
Pricing reality for senior SEO training
A private 2-3 day SEO workshop with a senior trainer runs EUR 8,500 to 18,000 in Europe depending on scope, team size and whether advanced modules are included. Open-enrolment courses on Coursera or Udemy run EUR 50 to 200 per seat. The trade-off is depth, specificity to your stack and follow-up access. Decide based on whether your team needs to learn SEO or operate SEO.
Why a LASEO workshop vs alternatives
In-house SEO training compared honestly
Udemy courses, public conference workshops and one-day training events all have their place. Here is where a LASEO private workshop fits and where it does not.
Generic curriculum, no context, no follow-up
- Same slide deck used for every cohort, generic examples from the trainer's portfolio.
- Practice on a demo site or screenshot from a course, no connection to the attendee's day job.
- Trained facilitator or junior consultant delivering a prepared deck.
- Training ends with the workshop, no support afterwards.
- Generic course completion certificate, no competency mapping.
- Team can describe SEO at a high level, but quietly drifts back to old habits within a quarter.
Your stack, your data, senior trainer, 30-day follow-up
- Rebuilt for your stack. Shopify Plus gets Liquid examples. Next.js gets metadata helpers. Examples drawn from your real pages.
- Every exercise runs in your real GSC, GA4 and Git. At least one real fix shipped to production during the workshop.
- A LASEO senior consultant with 7+ years of in-the-weeds SEO. Same person who runs our consulting engagements.
- 30 days of private Slack access with the trainer, two scheduled office hours calls, same-day answers.
- Signed LASEO certification listing the competencies covered and the depth at which they were assessed. Useful on LinkedIn.
- Team is operating SEO inside your stack within thirty days, with the take-home toolkit and Slack channel to lean on while the muscle builds.

What training clients say
In-house teams in their own words
Two days. Our content team came in confused about why their articles were not ranking and left running keyword cluster analysis in our own GSC. The Notion toolkit alone was worth the workshop fee.
I expected a slide-heavy course and got hands-on debugging of our actual canonical issues. By day two our engineers had merged the first PR. The Slack channel for the month after was where the real learning stuck.
We did the optional advanced day on AEO and AI Overviews. Six weeks later our team had already restructured five FAQ pages to win citations in ChatGPT and Perplexity. Worth every euro of the workshop.

Honest answers about LASEO SEO training
What buyers actually ask before booking a private in-house SEO workshop.

Most of our workshops are run for mixed teams: marketers, content writers and developers in the same room. The format works because SEO sits between those disciplines and the team needs a shared vocabulary. Pure marketing teams of four to eight people work well. Pure engineering teams of three to five also work, with a technical-heavy curriculum. We do not run trainings for individual learners or for groups of mixed companies. Every workshop is private, scoped to one company, and built around the actual attendees rather than a generic persona of who might show up.
